The RoleThe RoleOur client is a global consulting firm and they currently looking to appoint a Senior Consultant within their Leadership and talent practice line. Accountabilities: Proactively build relationships with organisations in order to assist the identification, development and closure of sales opportunities Deliver individual revenue budgets Support sales development through shaping opportunities with agreed clients that demonstrate profitable pricing and compelling business propositions, and support Productized Services in promoting and selling talent products Support Sector development through building and utilising commercial networks Maximise profitable sales through identifying and supporting sales opportunities Maintain long term client relationships in order to generate ongoing revenue streams Deliver high quality work as assessed by clients/colleagues Advanced level work, focussing on specific service lines for own delivery consulting Coach/mentor colleagues including in technical leadership and talent areas Ensure project management reviews take place and learning is shared with team members and the business Develop a strong internal reputation and network of the group consultants Manage team of consultants with collective Revenue/Sales/Quality/DRO (Days Receivables Outstanding) targets Maintain and grow own expertise and experience to continually add value to the organisation Provide Quality Assurance (QA) support in accredited areas to ensure consistency and quality or deliver accredited expertise without significant QA requirement Authority in a service line, or on projects, or as CRD May manage major projects under general guidance |
RequirementsRequirementsRequirements: Likely to have 5-10 years experience in either a role as an in-house learning and development specialist or consultant with a specialism in leadership development and / or assessment. Good first degree from a reputable university Post-graduate qualification in a field related to occupational psychology BPS Level A and B accreditations in occupational testing A proven track record of assessing and developing leaders would be expected Experience of capability assessment and/or leadership transformation and/or talent management Ideally a track record of at least 1 year of operating in such roles in the Middle East Extensive business experience showing clear progression Line or project management/people experience Preferably consulting (internal/external) experience Source of advice/support/QA for more (junior) consultants) Ideally male and Arabic speaker |
