Senior Consultant -Transaction Services - Kuwait

Do you want to be part of our growing Transaction Services (TS) team based in Kuwait?

Our TS team is a regional leader in providing Transaction Services and we are now looking for senior consultants to join the Financial Due Diligence and Valuations team based in Kuwait.

Our Kuwait TS team is a growing practice within our regional TS network and specialises in areas such as due diligence, valuations, financial decisions and analysis and deal structuring. Our clients include Kuwait's leading companies and financial institutions. We advise on deals with values ranging from KD 1 million to over KD50 million. Our people are well placed to advise at all stages of a deal from strategic inception through to due diligence to post deal. Our clients are engaging in Merger & Acquisitions transactions in many industry sectors, and in joining our team you can play a part in helping our clients to meet their business objectives.

The role will enable individuals to:
- Build up investigative and deals experience
- Improve analytical and financial modelling skills
- Draft sections of financial due diligence and valuation reports for our corporate and private equity clients
- Identify key value drivers and deal breakers (financial and non financial)
- Be a part of a regional and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver an integrated Transactions Services product
- Apply existing industry experience to the deals environment

Requirements

- Bachelor degree required, ideally with concentration in Finance or Accounting
- 2 to 4 years of experience in financial due diligence/valuation within an advisory practice or experience that is complimentary to doing financial due diligence; i.e. experience of analysing financial information to identify key commercial drivers, risks and opportunities and reviewing financial projection
- Good business writing and Excel/modelling skills
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
- A flexible working style and willingness to travel
- Strong bilingual (Arabic and English) communication skills
- Team player

- Has lived in Kuwait for more than three years
- Passionate about client service
- Able to adapt to change
- Self development and active management of feedback
- Wide range of client experience
- ACA/ICAS/CPA/CFA qualified (or equivalent)
