Job description / Role
• Developing and building up MS services practices (technology and consulting).
• Understanding and building a strong business relationship and creating services generation model.
• A deep understanding on the business drivers and customer requirements.
• Holding responsibilities of Designing, Implementing, Optimizing and Developing Data Centers Core Infrastructure solutions for service providers and enterprise customers.
• Delivering Cloud Solutions Design and Implementation for (IaaS, PaaS, DaaS) on premise and hybrid solutions.
Delivering Office 365 Design and Implementation Solutions for commercial sector, Education sector and public sector
• Understand the current and future technical challenges for assigned customer segment, and based on that understanding, formulate and execute an overarching technical strategy with specific and detailed tactics to evangelize Microsoft’s products and technologies leading to customer-specific solutions. The role will include liaison with appropriate sales team and customer for presales and proposal building.
• Understand Microsoft and competitive technologies and strategy and formulate plans to address competitive sales efforts. Create, manage, and own sales of Microsoft solutions and technical architect level customers. Integrate and plan for Microsoft Services in efforts to ensure successful transition from pre-sales to deployment
• Consulting, designing and implementation of MS infrastructure, information solution based on Microsoft Solution Frameworks (MSF)
• Conduct one-to-many presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts
• Identify customer requirements and counsel sales account executives and management regarding how to best approach as opportunities. Provide feedback as appropriate
• Own and drive closure to services sales opportunities within the accounts.
Requirements
• Graduate in science or bachelor of engineering in ICT, with Microsoft technology certifications like MCSE, MCSA and MCSD, preferably with ITIL or MSF Certified.
• 10-12 years in IT systems integration and services and has engaged on large to mid-sized projects. Technology and solution design architects with deep knowledge on infrastructure technology with hand on experience and presales capability on Windows 2012, Exchange 2012 and Lync 2013 for core infrastructure
• Concrete knowledge on Active Directory, Group Policy, SCDPM, SCOM, SCCM, SCVVM,SCSM,SCORCH Exchange/2010/2013, Clustering, Load Balancing, Imaging and Virtualization (VMware, Virtual Server), Windows 2008/R2/2012/R2 (Hyper-V) Public/Private Cloud Solutions, Lync2010/2013, Office365,UAG/TMG 2010,FIM 2010/R2/ Windows Azure for Data center and Cloud Solutions
