Senior Consultant

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a global consultancy firm who is looking to hire a Senior Consultant. This is an exciting time to join our client during a period of change involving a variety of new projects.

Your main responsibilities will be to win new business and achieve individual revenue targets. You will support service line development, maintain long-term client relationships to generate ongoing revenue streams and focus on reward service. In addition, you will involve colleagues in business development and business delivery and delegate opportunities as appropriate. You will also coach and mentor colleagues whilst managing major projects.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a management consultancy background and thorough experience within reward with other areas of HR. You should have a minimum of 5 years consultancy experience as well as experience in the design and implementation of long-term incentive plans. You should also be a team player, have excellent relationship building skills and have worked on projects previously. It is essential you are able to demonstrate maturity and credibility.
