Job description / Role
Our client is a well established global HR Consultancy firm who work with leaders worldwide to transform strategy into reality. They are now recruiting a Senior Consultant to join their team in Oman.
Experienced Consultants may typically have either a breadth of experience across a range of areas or a proven expertise within a defined area. You should be able to effectively utilise internal and external network enabling self management.
You will be proactively building relationships with organisations, delivering individual revenue budges, supporting sales and sector development whilst maintaining long term client relationships. You will also be responsible for managing a team of Consultants with collective revenue, sales and quality targets as well as managing your own growth, expertise and major projects whilst under general guidance.
Requirements
You should be a graduate or equivalent and have seven to ten years relevant experience. You should have an extensive background within business where you have shown clear progressions, experience of managing and preferably some consulting experience.
Key competencies include customer service orientation, analytical thinking, achievement motivation, self assurance, business insight and organisational awareness.
Our client is specifically looking for either an Omani National or an Oman Resident to fill this position.
