Position: Senior Consultant
Based in: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Reporting to: Chief Advisory Officer
Managing: Consultant

Job Summary:
Responsible for Managing Advisory Services, including mergers and acquisitions, IPO, fund raising transactions, market analysis, business planning, private placements, valuation and due diligence services.

Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Strategic
• Assists in developing Advisory Division’s strategies, business plans and budgets in accordance with the overall strategic intent and direction.
• Develop Advisory Division’s policies and processes inline with all regulation requirements to control all related activities within the Company Capital.

Operational
• Participates in building Company Capital’s capability in delivering a verity of Financial Advisory services including M&A, IPO, fund raising transactions, market analysis, business planning, private placements, valuation and due diligence services.
• Develops appropriate and updated tools, methodologies for arranging services to function effectively and offer innovative and practical solutions to clients, tailored to their situation.
• Reviews the client’s profile on regular basis to determine the appropriateness and compliance with the predetermined agreement terms and of the client and Company Capital policies and processes.
• Assists in reviewing assignment requests from clients and analyzes the risk profile of the client before finalizing the acceptance procedures and contracts.
• Supervises Company Capital’s Risk exposure by ensuring that all client and potential client engagements are structured correctly in terms of internal Risk Management processes.
• Works closely with clients to obtain necessary information, scope the project, prepares draft proposals, budgets and timeline, all the way through until winning of projects.
• Adheres to quality assurance and risk management processes; and obtains the Chief Advisory Officer quality check on final deliverables before submission to clients.
• Manages project finance by ensuring projects finish on time and within budgets, issuing invoices and following-up on due payments.
• Manages clients’ expectation and satisfaction management and builds a long-term relationship with clients.
• Provides counsel and advice to Company Capital on all Advisory services and products.

People Management
• Provides guidance and leadership to direct subordinate to ensure effective and efficient flow of work, and help them recognize their fundamental role in their functions.
• Monitors the adherence of direct subordinate to the Companies guidelines, policies and processes.
• Conducts annual performance appraisal to review direct subordinate performance, carries out disciplinary meetings when needed and recommends salary adjustments and rewards based on their performance.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Finance / Investment / Business Administration with a Master's in Finance / Investment / Business Administration would be advantageous. Intermediate years experience of advisory within the Real Estate and Investment Sector.
