Senior Consultant/Consultant - Banking, Finance & Insurance Sectors

Job description / Role

To work on the 360 degree cycle of recruitment, from sourcing resumes to screening candidates post telephonic and personal interviews and sharing resumes with the client.

Also, the consultant would be required to coordinate the scheduling of interviews, assist with salary negotiations as required and guide candidates regarding visa formalities.

Engaging new clients/business development would be expected of experienced candidates.

Our offices are located at Oud Mehta, Dubai.

Requirements

- Experience of handling end to end recruitment in the Middle East region is mandatory
- Should have excellent communication skills
- An in-depth understanding of the banking/financial sector is a must
- Must be a team player
- Should be in Dubai currently
