Job description / Role
Major Airport Project - UAE
Role: Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager you will be responsible for:
Administering contractual correspondence from the Employer, Engineer and sub contractors.
Responsible for researching response letters and co-ordinating with departments such as BIM, Procurement, Engineering, Commercial and Planning.
Attend contractual meetings either stand alone or with the Senior Commercial Manager.
Requirements
Experience:
Short Notice or Immediately available candidates preferred.
Major building projects experience and ideally on Airport schemes.
You will ideally come from a Professional Office or Main Contractor background and have solid contacts knowledge and be a competent letter writer in terms of contracts and technical issues.
Team player.
Excellent English speak, write, read.
Able to integrate with various nationalities
