Highly acclaimed western cost consultancy with over 120 offices around the world. Is looking to appoint a Senior Contracts Manager as an addition to its ever growing team.
Based in Doha this consultancy has won and is continuing to be awarded some of the region’s most iconic and prestigious major building
Reporting to the Associate Director the position shall involve both pre and post contract work inclusive of building and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
The successful candidate shall be preferably chartered RICS/AIQS with at least 7 years’ experience – 2 of which within the GCC. You shall have an associated degree and have exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Fluent English is imperative for this role
You shall have solid experience in the delivery of major building projects from start to finish. Management experience and excellent communication skills is essential for this role
