Senior Contracts Manager Egypt
Our client is a leading international main contractor operating across building, civil engineering and MEP sectors. Due to continued expansion they now require a talented Senior Contracts Manager to join them on a high profile project in Cairo, Egypt.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
* A minimum of 15 years commercial / contracts experience.
* A background in Quantity Surveying
* At least 7 years experience as a Contracts Manager.
* A background with main contractors (essential).
* Some claims experience.
* Large scale project experience e.g. High Rise, Healthcare, Shopping Malls etc.
* The ability to think ahead.
* Excellent team-working skills.
* Previous MENA experience (advantage).
* Knowledge of FIDIC form of contract.
* Relevant 3rd level qualifications.
* Fluency in English (essential)
