Job description / Role
Our client, a well renowned Government organisation in the UAE, has an immediate requirement for a Senior Contracts Specialist to join their team in the Abu Dhabi office.
The purpose of the role is to oversee pre-award functions for multiple contracts to meet with the requirements of infrastructure and operations and ensuring that there is alignment with the overall project goals and objectives.
Development of Tenders and RFPS's
Prepare Bidder Lists.
Work with Infrastructure and Operations to develop Statements of Work.
Market Research.
Pre-Qualification reports and Deliverables list.
Development of Evaluation factors and Evaluation standards.
Requirements
Executing the Award Phase of the Contract
Review of Bids and Proposals.
Oversees and conducts the orientation for Panel Members reviewing proposals.
Technical assistance to the panel throughout the evaluation process.
Ensures that evaluation and recommendation is performed in accordance with defined standards.
Performs compliance checks for award formalities.
Preparation of Contracts.
