Job description / Role
My client is a leading law firm based in the DIFC. They are looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer, ideally 8 yr PQE, preferably from a strong national firm, to join their busy Muscat team based in Doha
The successful Corporate Lawyer will handle a diverse range of work including mergers & acquisitions and private & public equity matters for an enviable client base. The client base requires increasing international transactional support and will provide you with the opportunity to be involved in an impressive range of high value deals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join a market leading firm.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as a commercial approach to help drive the practice forward. In addition to this team working and communication skills will be essential.
