Senior Cost Controls Consultant (Hyder - Qatar)

Requirements
- BSc degree in Engineering (preferable Civil) / BSc degree in Commerce
- 15 years of management experience in cost engineering with Expert level
- 10 years experience in similar capacity involving budgeting and cost control functions
- Minimum of 3 years experience of working in the Middle East
- Accreditation from AACE / PMI is highly desirable for this position
- The ability to work under stress and handle stressful situations and meet deadlines while maintaining focus on multiple projects within the Portfolio
- Experience in ERP environment highly desirable
- Excellent spoken and written command of English including report writing is critical to this role
- Sound experience in cost control process and best practices
- Ability to work with multi-culture, multi ethnic work group and build business relations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Advance skills in MS Office applications
