Job description / Role
One of my key clients is looking to appoint at senior QS, Cost Manager level in Dubai to lead specific projects and client developments, these are Residential High end, Mixed Use, Leisure and Hospitality, with a major development group here in Dubai.
The role will cover;
• Managing budget allocations and cost management as part of the planning and development team (P&D)
• Responsible for accurate production of estimates, risk management, value management/engineering, tender reviews, procurement reviews, full pre and post contract, cost planning services inclusive of auditing the work of other team members
• Producing various feasibility estimates advising the client of cost, risk and value engineering opportunities associated with the entire developments
• Producing various feasibility estimates advising the client cost and risk
• Cost management for pre/post contract works, worked towards final account agreement.

Requirements
Key requirements for this appointment are;
UK Degree in QS, to have been studies in the UK Only.
Ideally MRICS.
8-11 + years experience in the Industry and as a QS/ Cost or Commercial Manager with PQS firm on Construction Management.
Major project Experience over $100M USD
Preferred Middle East Experience but not essential.
