Job description / Role
Currie & Brown has a range of opportunities across its Middle East offices and is currently looking for a suitably qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor for the UAE and will be responsible for:
Pre Contract
•Measurement
•Procurement
•Cost Planning
•Tender Documentation
•Tender Reports
•Contract Reviews
Post Contract
•Recommendations of Payment
•Assess Variation Costs
•Initial Claims Response
•Technical Report Writing
Requirements
• BSc Degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of post graduate experience.
• Should either have PQS or contractor background coupled with good client skills.
• MRICS or equivalent is essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Middle East experience
