Senior Cost Manager - Qatar World Cup 2022

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Cost Manager and be involved with an organisation who are responsible for the delivery of the 2022 Fifa World Cup in Qatar.

As the Cost Manager you will be responsible for managing and monitoring all cost and control activities including estimation, cost management, cost control, work breakdown structure and value engineering

Salary/Package

QAR60-75,000 Per Month Tax Free + Business Class Return Flight for you and family + Furniture allowance of QAR80,000 + Education Allowance of QAR30,000 Per Annum Per Child.

Requirements

To be considered at the Senior Cost Manager -

- Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Certification in MRICS, PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent is preferred.
- Must have Civil Construction experience, mainly consultancy or end client.
- Minimum of 12-15 years experience.
- Experience working on the Construction/management of Sporting Projects/Events would be beneficial.
- Must have experience with clients and/or stakeholders.
