Senior Cost Manager
Leading Client Organisation who is looking for high calibre Senor Cost Manager for a major infrastructure project that includes roads and highways.
Candidates will have a track record in providing commercial expertise on major infrastructure projects ideally including some roads and highways experience (Multi Billion Dollar Projects).
Client is looking for someone that has worked for a market leading blue chip Quantity Surveying practice. Middle East experience is not essential
Requirements
The successful candidate will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant who has who will currently be working for a recognized international consultancy and be keen to move to the Middle East and work on multiple mega projects as a key part of a very successful international team.
* Worked for a recognised international blue chip cost consultancy.
* Experience of infrastructure projects that ideally include a roads and highways element.
* A stable employment history.
* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as quantity surveying with at least 10 years experience.
* Expert knowledge of cost management and control at both pre and post contract phases of projects
* Professionally qualified by ideally by RICS
