Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Control the costing and contracting activities of a department including the management through the procurement process, evaluating charges against agreed contract terms, and reporting of actual against budget/forecast costs.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Business Administration required and
Professional accounting qualifications (ACMA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
- 6 years work experience in accounting, budgeting or cost controlling areas of Oil and Gas or similar industry.
- Familiarity with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS).
- SAP experience required.
- Contracting and procurement competency.
- Analytical skills.

- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and in cross functional teams.
- Ability to conduct budgeting and cost control activities in compliance with Qatargas P&Ps.
