Job description / Role
Our client, a leading organization in the UAE, is currently looking for a Senior Counsel to join their team in Dubai.
As a Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for all advisory matters within the group company locally, regionally and internationally and will be the main point of contact for all escalations related to business and support unit queries across the group.
Requirements
In order to be qualified for the role, candidate must hold a LLB/LLM degree and a certified and qualified Solicitor/ Lawyer. You must have minimum of 8 years of post-qualification legal advisory experience within a legal firm or as an in-house legal counsel, must have substantial experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and policies and with extensive experience in various laws and regulations pertaining to the banking and financial services industry. This role is open only for UAE nationals.
