Salary: 25000-30000 AED

Our client based in Dubai is a well-known digital marketing agency that works with brands to bridge the gap between shifting technology and cutting-edge creative ideas. While they offer a wide range of digital media solutions, they have also built a regional reputation for their expertise in social media planning, management, production & buying. They are well-versed in finding innovative ways of connecting brands and people through memorable experiences on their laptops, smartphones, and on social platforms, that trigger real life actions.

With over 40 talented individuals, across 19 nationalities, its no surprise that they have been awarded as one of the most effective independent agency offices in MENA. Due to their expanding work they are now seeking a young and matured experienced Senior Creative / Creative Director who is already working in a Digital advertising agency and is wanting to take the next step to work with a fantastic company and grow their career.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of client-facing digital creativity for the agency with direct exposure of handling Art and Interactive Design teams, Editorial, Account, Strategy, and Analytics team/personal to develop groundbreaking creativity that addresses key client Digital content marketing needs. As well as you will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of Designers and copy writers who will support you in the day to day activities of the department.

As an experienced Senior Creative / Creative Director you should have excellent innovation, short form storytelling, develop creative best practices and trends and be able to meet deadlines and deliver the work on time. You should be able to multitask and comfortable working long hours as and when required.
- Creatively oversee a broad range of projects to ensure quality, timely delivery and optimization of clients campaign budget,
- Commission specialists, such as artists, photographers, cameramen, production teams to work on projects,
- Set content strategy guidelines, pitch, themes for brands digital content needs,
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure effective cross-discipline communication, collaboration and best practices,
- Continually seek out new ideas, methods, resources that nurture an ever-effective, creative and leading design team & development team,
- Present eventual conclusions and ideas to clients on behalf of the agency, during creative campaign/strategy meetings,
- Take responsibility of overarching UI/UX roll - out approach across all digital platforms including web, email, and mobile.

- Background in digital advertising agency preferred.
