Job description / Role
A digital marketing company with an exceptional track record in the Middle East is looking to hire a skilled Senior Creative Director to join their high-performing team in Dubai.
As the Senior Creative Director, you will be taking over the following responsibilities:
* Optimize and bring innovation to the agencies' existing creative processes
* Develop and distribute digital creative best practices/trends amongst the agency
* Set content strategy guidelines, tonality, themes for brand's digital content needs
* Continually seek out new ideas, methods, and resources that will nurture an effective, creative and leading design & development team
* Present eventual conclusions and ideas to clients on behalf of the agency during creative campaign/strategy meetings
Requirements
* Substantial years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and other platforms such as; HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, After Effects, Flash
* Strong layout and typographic skills
* Must have a creative thinking and passion for excellence
