The RoleThe RoleJOB PURPOSE Support the Section Manager in all activities of the section including and not limited to maintaining and analyzing KPIs of Registration & Licensing programs/ activities; conducting benchmarking studies and other analysis relating to various processes within the Agency for the purpose of identifying improvements in the Registration & Licensing process. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate with various Divisions within the Agency and other relevant external bodies for the purpose of gathering process related information such as turnaround times etc. Collate the information to enable review of the Agency’s operations by the Section Manager. Assist the Section Manager in conducting benchmarking exercises related to operations with other authorities/ agencies; Participate in analyzing, identifying and presenting improvements and the rationale thereof to the Division Director. Assist the Section Manager in preparing information, analyses and reports of the work carried out by the Agency. Ensure adherence to defined processes and standard; Prepare regular performance and progress reports relating to his/ her scope of work; Perform any other special tasks related to the Section's work or as required by the Section Manager. |
RequirementsRequirementsSkills Required Skills: •Basic knowledge of local practices in commercial, professional, industrial registration & licensing processes and related rules/ regulations/ legislations. •Good communications skills and presentation skills. •Good interpersonal skills. •Good data collection and analytical skills. •Demonstrated sense of integrity. •Strong quality focus and attention to details. •Strong command of both Arabic and English. Previous Experience: •Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience. Education: • Minimum of Diploma, Secondary School or equivalent from a recognized institution |
