At IKEA creating a better everyday life for the many isn't only our vision, it's our way of life!Reporting into the Operations Manager, the overall purpose of the role is to assist in the day to day operations of the Customer Service department within IKEA Dubai.
Managing a team of people, key responsibilities include:

* Ensuring that the level and quality of customer service is delivered to the highest standards in the Information/Reception areas
* Attends to all major customer complaints and suggestions as well as providing feedback where necessary to ensure customer's expectations from the visit to IKEA is met or exceeded
* Organizes and ensures the safety, cleanliness, friendly courteous operation of the children's playroom and ball-room areas
* Coordinates the daily planning and scheduling of all deliveries and assemblies based on sales; and
* Assists the Customer Service Manager in the preparing the annual budget for Delivery/Assembly needs and goods flow based on the projected annual sales targets provided.

Requirements

As a customer centric individual you will have at least three to five years experience in managing a customer service function preferably within a retail environment. Your planning and organising skills will be second to none as well as your ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
