The RoleThe RoleAccountable for: 1.Determines the branch's needs of local and foreign cash to fulfill all of the customers needs. 2.Provides the customer service clerks with their need of cash to fulfill the customers needs that is higher than the determined cash limits of the customer service officers. 3.Feeds the ATM with the required cash to better serve customers. 4.Contacts the LOBs to hold checks. 5.Receives cash surplus from the customer service Officers according to instructions to deposit in the branch's safe. 6.Audits and signs the customers requests and the issued certified bank checks(signatory level B.Ex) completed by the CSOs in the branch within the limits of his given authorities. 7.checks daily for conformity between the CSOs cash balance and entries with the branch's safe to ensure proper completion of work. 8.follows up on the branch issued checks and travelers checks availability at all times to better serve customers. 9.Passes all customer requests that is out side of his authority limits to the BSSM in a fast and timely manner to complete the work procedures. 10.Participates in promoting the banks services and products to the customers through cross selling to increase the branch share of sales of the products and services. 11.Audits the outgoing transfers and pass it by to the SSC. 12.Answers all of the customers inquiries to guarantee their satisfaction and strengthen their relation with the bank. Key Roles: 1.Working within the bank Polices & Procedures and instructions . 2.Agree to act in accordance with the powers given 3.Responsible for the health and safety of cash in his possession. 4.Responsible for the models books of the bank checks in his possession 5.Holds the key to the safe and supervised nutrition currency 6.Is responsible for obtaining approval for all official transactions unusual customer service officer. 7.Responsible for the control of the monetary ceiling Branch 8.Is responsible for part of the keys to the public treasury by the powers granted and the distribution of keys adopted. 9.Bears the responsibility to sign the checks bank transactions issued by category (b) by external powers. 10.Responsible for the stock Branch of the bank drafts, traveler's checks, records |
RequirementsRequirementsEducation: 1.Diploma in Management Sciences or Finance a minimum. Experience: Experience (2) at least as an Customer service Officer Skills: 1.Knowledge in all of the Bank's Products and Services. 2.Good English 3.Skills in using PC and relevant software effectively. 4.Marketing and sales skills 5.Has the skill to distinguish the sound of cash misuse 6.Patient, quite, flexible, team worker, organized and perform under pressure. 7.Ability to Work with the Bank's Customers and the Public. 8.The ability to focus on details and speed completion of the transaction. |
