Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a well-known customer driven organisation who is looking to hire a Qatari Senior Customer Service Representative located in the heart of Doha.
This role will support the Customer Service Manager and work within a friendly and upbeat team handling new business enquiries. This will involve contract follow-up and customer complaints as well as post service follow-up and general enquiries. You will also participating in promotional events, be responsible for drafting contracts/ICSAs and reports, maintain customer databases and overall help to build good customer relations.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have impeccable communication and interpersonal skills alongside excellent problem solving skills. In addition, you should have at least two years experience in a similar customer service facing role.
Working with a dedicated team, your natural ability to communicate directly with the customers professionally and competently should be your strongest asset.
