Job Description: Senior Delivery Consultant
rogenSi EMEA
Background
rogenSi is a training and consultancy firm specialising in applied leadership and sales execution, operating in 13 centres in 10 countries throughout the world including in London, New York, Hong Kong and Sydney.
The Role
The role of Senior Delivery Consultant consists of the design and delivery of rogenSi core offerings, tailoring and facilitating training, consulting at a senior executive level and assisting clients to pitch for high stakes business opportunities.
It is expected that 80% of time will be spent on training delivery and consulting-led activity. The other 20% of time will be spent supporting sales consultants in a variety of client relationship management activities. Training delivery may include working 1:1 with senior executive level clients, or facilitating sessions in a group setting.
Major Focus Areas
Leads the innovative, responsive and adaptive design and delivery of rogenSi core offerings;
High standard of quality with the delivery of all rogenSi programmes;
Assisting with the design/diagnostics and development of programmes to client requirements;
Ability to deliver the programme process and content in several different ways in response to the perceived common learning needs and readiness of the audience;
Consulting with client executives to help them to successfully execute their business;
Establish and build executive level client relationships;
Mentor less experienced members of the team;
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years business experience relevant to the role;
Experience working in a blue chip organisation;
Experience in a similar professional services consulting environment;
Strong business acumen and a commercial approach, with a genuine interest in how organisations behave and improving business performance;
Vivid personal impact, presentation & programme delivery skills;
Exceptional organisation, time management & prioritisation skills;
Memorable presence and energy, and able to deal at senior corporate level to build skills, knowledge, process and mindset capabilities;
Comfortable working in a “hands-on” capacity;
Qualifications
Degree level educated
Relevant professional qualifications desired (desirable but not essential)
