Job description / Role
International Design brand are looking for talented design professionals for their Dubai studio. Exposure from conceptual design is offered on major developments within the region, from Highrise, Retail, Hospitality, Institutional, Mixed use and Residential projects.
Currently they require an Architect with international experience in Design of Mixed use projects.
Working within a small team environment these Architects will be responsible for creating concepts and developing designs on largescale projects based in the UAE and wider GCC.
Taking these projects through documentation stages may be required depending on project type and scale.
Requirements
Min 10-15 years post-qualified Architect with international experience in the design of mixed-use projects.
Good presentation and communication skills? essential with English communication skills required.
Ideally Sound understanding of UAE and GCC building regulations, or if not, exceptional international project experience is required on largescale projects.
Excellent opportunities for growth and career development.
Experience of AutoCad / Adobe required. Revit advantageous.
