The Senior Design Architect will be responsible for working on multi-discipline design projects, including commercial, residential, tall tower and mixed-use developments. This role will include Architectural Design, Production Drawings, Design Reviews and Design Management. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: • Reviewing documents in various phases for design intent, materials use and Master Plan intent. • Understanding Architectural and Urban quality • Analysing building and zoning codes and applying these to reviewed designs. • Preparing and conducting Design Review Workshops, including detailed Design Review Reports and structured evaluation commentary. • Conducting on-site observations and compliance checks on previously review design work. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualification: B.Arch Degree in Architecture. Membership of a professional Architectural Association such as RIBA and AIA is preferred. Previous experience gained within a Consultancy environment would be beneficial. Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous. All applications will be treated confidentially. |
