Job description / Role
A qualified Architect who has chosen to focus his or her career on front end design usually covering the key RIBA stages of design. These individuals will be highly creative and driven by original concepts that push the boundaries of design. Projects experience across mixed use, hospitality and high rise is key.
International Design Practice experience is key and international applicants welcome.
Requirements
Often involved in competition work and bids for projects, Design Architects are tasked with "wowing" the client to win the project. Design Architects are employed almost exclusively by architectural practices although we do get some positions with multidisciplinaries.
Experience in main design Softwares, Rhino, Grasshopper, 3ds Max and Vray.
