Senior Design Engineer (Process)

Job description / Role

1) Prepare PFD / P&IDs
2) Perform Hydraulic calculations, surge analysis, Waste water calculation, Fire fighting calculation
3) Prepare Line List, Product Data sheet
4) Participate in HAZOP / SIL Study and close out HAZOP / SIL Action sheets
5) Prepare Design Basis & System Description
6) Prepare Pollution control report and Fire safety report
7) Preform Tank emission calculation
8) Prepare Process data sheets for Equipments like pumps, Heat Exchangers, Refrigeration unit, Flare, Boilers, OWS
9) Prepare Process data sheets for Instruments like control valves, MOVs, Pneumatic actuators, PT etc

Requirements

1) Master or Degree in Process/Chemical Engineering.
2) 10+ years relevant working experience on drafting in the plants and systems for projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical or Pharmaceutical Industries
3) Well-versed in all local and international codes and standards on the related field Engineering and Design calculations. Computer literate and good hand-on experience on applications such as CAD drafting, Microsoft Office,
4) Positive attitudes/ Drive for result. Good interpersonal, management and decision making skills. Matured personality and able to work independently
