Our client is a global leader in wireless distribution and experts in Service Value Chain providing sustainable, dynamic and cost effective solutions to their customers across the globe. Due to a drive in increasing their headcount for their Dubai and India offices they are seeking a Senior Developer - Sterling Integrator for their offices in Dubai.
Requirements
Essential skills for this role include BPML, MAP development and modification, Partners setup, communication configuration, workflow processes development, QA system environments, change control and testing processes for modifications and upgrades to GIS/SI related flows. You will also possess experience in E-Commerce transactions such as Order, Order responses, Invoices, Ship Notice, Inventory or Price Catalog in XML and EDI.
You will be required to have experience in EDI ANSI X12-XML – OAGI standards, Sterling Commerce Gentran Integration Suite version 4.0 to 4.3 and 5.0 MAP Editor to include EDI to XML, Application File, Database and rules utilizing User Exits and Java objects for Data Content Mapping.
Desired skills for this role include working knowledge of development in Sterling Integrator 5.0, Oracle RAC 10g, Unix shell scripting, Database concepts & administration, SOAP Messaging, XPath & WebServices.
To apply for this opportunity all candidates must be Degree educated with at least 4 years experience in both understanding and developing of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Gentran Integration Suite (GIS) and Sterling Integration (SI). . You will possess strong analytical skills, plus excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to work alone and also in a team environment, you must also be available to travel.
