Job description / Role
Our client is one of the regions prestigious developers with the most sophisticated project in the Middle East at the moment.
They are looking to recruit a Senior Development Manager to contribute to the development of an iconic development in Dubai.

Reporting into the Development Director, the main objective of this role will be to contribute to the development of an iconic site in Dubai.
Due to the nature of this role, you will mange many key stakeholders such as government bodies and other partners.
In addition to the above you will also be responsible for the following:
- Work closely with Consultants to review designs
- Contribute to the development of the business plan / case
- Study market research to determine the best product mix to include in the real estate development (as per the consumer requirements)

Requirements
The successful candidate must hold a technical university degree with a minimum 60 10 years of Development experience.
Due to the nature of this site, the candidate must come from one of the following industries:
- Integrated resorts
- Theme parks operators
- Events / Exhibitions venues operators
- Development organization
