Job description / Role
Development Manager required for an established company who specialise in residential and commercial properties, retail and leisure centres as well as mixed-use communities in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai.
Requirements
Working closely and reporting into the Development Director, the successful candidate will have responsibility to lead multiple, medium to large scale, strategic or complex development projects from inception to completion which will involve the management and co-ordination of multi-disciplinary internal and external consultants and stakeholders to achieve the required project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include the management of financial returns, risks, cost, time, quality and design of the overall development and therefore the creation, enhancement and delivery of value.
Candidates must be strong financially in Development appraisals, cashflows, financial proposals, finance strategy and cost budgeting and planning.
