Seeking a Senior Development Manager to play a major role in the ongoing growth of their latest mega project in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will have prior Middle East experience, able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing and developing large mixed use/residential projects.

Seeking a Senior Development Manager to play a major role in the ongoing growth of their latest mega project in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
Parkhouse Bell is seeking a Senior Development Manager on behalf of our client, one of, if not the largest Land and Real Estate Development company in the Middle East region. They are a Public Joint Stock Company (PJSC) and currently has ongoing Joint Ventures and projects across 18 different countries. This MNC has a reputation of attracting great people and delivering unparalleled results.
Working alongside the Development Director, you will monitor the status of several projects simultaneously, including low-rise/mid-rise residential, hotels and retail. You will have huge participation during all phases of the product lifecycle including Feasibility, Planning, and Design, Construction, closeout and handover of the Projects. This is an exceptional opportunity to put your mark on new and exciting projects within the Kingdom including shopping malls, high rise commercial offices, residential villas & hotels.
To be successful, you MUST have:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- A minimum of 15 years relevant experience in project management and real estate development.
- 3+ years experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or GCC.
- Extensive mixed use/residential project experience.
- Proven record of delivering projects on schedule within proposed budgets.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning for multi-million USD projects.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principals involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.
The successful candidate will have prior Middle East experience, able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing and developing large mixed use/residential projects.
