Our client who is an established full-service digital advertising agency based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Digital Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager will be joining the agency at a crucial time when they are in their development as the market leaders in their field. This is really exciting as you will join their team at a very exciting time as they are looking to expand themselves with wide range of accounts.

Based in a well-connected area of Dubai the agency has a beautiful, modern and open plan office space. With specialists across client services, design and creative, technology, project management and strategy, you will join the agency's talented team of industry professionals, with a wealth of agency and multi-market big brand experience

Managing your own team you will be reporting to the Managing Director and will work on the client servicing team with around 6-8 big brands ensuring that all work is on brief and completed to deadlines.

In return, you'll be supported in your development by the Managing Director and have the opportunity to work with a brand that has some very exciting campaigns over the next year.

Core Responsibilities:

You will oversee the day-to-day work of junior members (approx. 3-4) of the team and be the 'go-to' person for the client.
Budgeting, strategy and business development are important aspects of this role, constantly striving to up sell the account wherever possible.
Work across web design and build, mobile, banners, e-CRM and social media, you will ensure that the digital client work is completed to a high standard, working closely with other team members (approx. 2-3) and divisions.

Requirements

Requirements:

Experience of working in an agency environment at Account Manager Level for at least 3 years.
A proven digital marketing background across multiple verticals (web design and build, email, social media etc.)
Experience of managing junior members of the team is a must.
An enthusiastic attitude and approachable nature
Should be experienced and be able to handle multiple accounts at a time as this role requires you to handle at least 6-8 accounts together.
Should have good sales skills to up sell different key accounts.
