Job description / Role
- Working as part of the digital team in Dubai delivering and planning world class digital advertising campaigns whilst working in collaboration with our teams across the region in the development & delivery of industry leading marketing across a varied range of products and services.
- Instilling a strong understanding of Digital Marketing in your team and clients with emphasis on Display / PPC / SEO / Affiliate campaigns and how they work / are developed alongside each other.
- Ensuring campaigns are planned, delivered and optimised so that they perform to their full potential
- Managing executives / graduates and developing their knowledge whilst ensuring first rate campaign management is adhered to at all times.
- Provide exceptional levels of account management and client liaison at multiple levels
- Ensuring all client satisfaction KPIs are met and exceeded
- The coordination of monthly status meetings coupled with full quarterly reviews
Requirements
- Excellent client management skills with a proven track record of working with senior clients
- Performance/direct response background
- Experience directly managing a team of digital specialists
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- A strong grasp of digital marketing methods and results driven performance metrics
- Manage numerous projects and consistently deliver high-quality work to timescale
- Career driven and self-motivated
- A confident communicator and relationship builder
- Experience of managing large digital budgets across all channels
