Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives:
Maintains and repairs all computer controlled monitoring systems and peripheral equipment associated with the Building Management Systems (BMS)

Main responsibilities:
- Programs, tests and maintains the Building Management Systems DDC and its accessories
- Lines printers and associated peripheral equipment
- Performs preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on all direct digital control panels and accessory panels
- Assists Fire System Technicians in repairing the Fire Alarm Systems and provides technical support to them

Reporting to: Supervisor, Monitoring & Pneumatic Systems
Number required: 7
Duration: 1-2 year/s contract
Desired start date: ASAP
Probation: 90 days
Working Hours: 9 hours
Gross monthly base salary: tax-free

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BS Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field is required or Technical Diploma in a related field required
- Other certifications obtained: Saudi Drivers License - A drivers license from country of origin is necessary to obtain a Saudi drivers license
- Nature and length of previous experience: Three (3) years of related experience is required with the BS Degree or Six (6) years of related experience is required with the Technical Diploma
- Gender Preference: Male
- Language Fluency: English
