Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Job description / Role

- The Senior Electrical Engineer will perform complex engineering tasks and particularly important engineering work efficiently and accurately.
- Fully proficient in the utilization of standard engineering theories and practices.
- Responsible to implement the project quality plan and quality procedures and productivity related to all electrical works in accordance with program of work on construction site.
- Understands all related codes and their application to the project.
- Maintains awareness of the project electrical specifications, drawings and design criteria.

Requirements

- Degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years demonstrable experience in design and supervision of electrical EHV, HV, MV, LV, Potable Water, Telecommunication networks. Should be familiar with the protection and communication requirements for these systems.
- Thorough understanding of BS standards / local Regulations and Codes.
- Has extensive experience in the design and management of utilities within roadway systems; GCC experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
