In this role you will have the following responsibilities: * Developing sustainable building design on numerous major projects including commercial, residential, tall tower and mixed-use developments * Preparing & verifying designs and converting them to site worthy shop drawings * Highlighting and clarifying discrepancies with the clients/designers in coordination with the superiors * Coordinating with different services and ensuring compliance to standards and local regulations * Leading , training and motivating team members to maximise quality * Identifying and building up a multi skilled technical team * Managing work of other engineers and drafters to meet project and client requirements |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful in winning this role, the following are the prerequisites: * Must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering * Must be an engineer with a detailed knowledge of mechanical systems * Must have extensive experience as a Mechanical Engineer in GCC / Gulf region * Must be proficient in the design of sustainable mechanical systems including air cooled as well as water cooled central plants * Must have experience in using computer design tools such as Revit MEP and IES is essential |
