Job description / Role
An exciting new opportunity exists with an international multidisciplinary consultancy for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their expanding team in Qatar.
You will report to the Head of MEP and be responsible for leading projects from a design and supervision perspective. Your role will encompass preparing tender submissions, consistent liaison with clients, design approval and participating in project management activities. This is a broad role which requires an individual with be very hands on as regards projects and the team but also be accountable for contributing to the delivery of complex electrical projects. Previous infrastructure experience in district cooling plants is essential.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you will ideally have a degree in electrical engineering, 15+ years of experience and a proven ability of successfully delivering electrical design packages for large scale projects. This position would suit a dynamic, client focused, personable and technically strong Electrical Engineer with previous project and client management experience. Middle East project exposure is an advantage but not essential.
