The RoleThe RoleTo undertake the responsibility of entire electrical project site as The Leader to deliver the committed project targets in compliance with Project Management Systems. Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. AutoCAD Handle all the administrative matters of project site and provide leadership to ensure a highly motivated construction team. Organize the resources, and their efficient deployment. Ensuring cost effectiveness and work progress to deliver the output as per schedule. Responsible to carry out all the construction activities as per required standards through optimum utilization of resources. The incumbent shall be responsible for achieving project productivity & scheduled targets. |
RequirementsRequirements Preparation of detailed work plans and develops schedules to execute construction works as per contract requirements. Foresee resource requirement and ensure their availability. Ensure the optimal efficiency of the equipment & personnel. Primavera. Variation and claims preparation. BMS Qualification & Experience: BS -Electrical with 7-10 years of experience. Gulf and high rise experience an asset ,excellent communications skills, PR, Arabic speaking an asset, Proposals & Estimation |
