Job description / Role
Our client, a prestigious law firm is looking for a Senior Employment Lawyer to join their growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be working side by side with the Head of Employment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide advice on legal matters, claims, interpretation of agreements, etc.
• Negotiation, disputes resolution, litigation management and management of documents.
• Liaise with the counterparties and co-ordinate the execution of necessary documentation.
• Analyze and keep abreast of changes in the employment laws as well as draft and review all contractual agreements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in law, ideally a UK qualified Lawyer.
• At least 8+ years PQE with the Employment Disputes Group in the GCC, ideally in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic as well as English.
