Job description / Role
- Familiarity and practical knowledge of both Fixed and Mobile Network
- Well versed with different technologies being employed and their characteristics.
- Call Routing Tables/Matrix
- Call Charging mechanisms
- Able to data mine Asset Register and allocate cost to right asset category.
- Understanding of the billing process. )optional, but highly recommended)
- Allocation of Fixed and Mobile Network to different products and Services based on units specification and usage criteria in the cost models.
- Mapping of technical, financial, and billing information to the cost models.
- Technical Audit of Cost models to ensure quality and correct assignments of different network elements to product and services.
- Liaison with the INT BU to gather credible ATR data.
- Analyze the data and provide feedback to ensure its accuracy.
- Allocation of ATR data to the cost model and assignment of different cost drivers to respective activities.
- Audit, analyze and report activity based reporting to the technical units to align their operating processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare network cost report based on FDC/CCA/LRIC methodology.
- Prepare Regulatory Market report and provide analytical data to senior experts to their analytical reports to Management and TRA.
- Provide support to experts within Costing in Audit of Cost Models.
- Provide network costing information for evaluation and clearance of pricing proposal to experts with Costing Department.
- Assist in evaluation of business case models for new product launches, price revisions and promotions designed by Consumer and Corporate BU's
- Assist in developing customized costing and profitability models for major technologies, services and projects launch support, e.g., 3 G, ADSL, USO, LTE, VSAT, WiFi etc.
Requirements
- Knowledge and Skill in using Office management (esp. MS Excel), ERP and Costing systems
- Practical Technical Knowledge in telecom networks
- Bachelor in Telecommunication Engineering (Master Degree holders would be given preference)
- Above 6 Years of working experience in INT BU.
