The Role


The Role


Performs all the modeling work related to the oil and gas systems (from reservoir to sales points). Responsible for identifying the bottlenecks in the system and optimizes the field production using the models developed

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Generates integrated system models, primarily wellbore and surface gathering network
-- Regularly updates and calibrates the models developed
-- Performs quarterly Khuff system capacity calculations as required by the Gas Management Agreement
-- Prepares all the documentation required to be submitted to NOGA on a quarterly basis as required by the Gas Management Agreement
-- Generates Khuff system forecasts for short, medium and long term (life of contract)
-- Supports RMTs in reservoir management and reserves analysis
-- Identifies bottlenecks in the NAG and oil systems
-- With the aid of the models, advice field operations team on day-to-day and medium term production optimization
-- And other duties as assigned by your supervisor

College or higher degree in an engineering discipline

- 5-10+ years of experience in Exploration and Production with specific experience in production and system modeling

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Understanding of economics and financial reporting

- Strong communication, coordination, and influence skills

- Strong team work skills
