Job description / Role
Our client, a global manufacturer of metals products, primarily for the Oil and Gas industry, is seeking a Senior HSE Specialist.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position with our client.
This position will report to the location HSE Manager and will be responsible for:
- Regulatory compliance
- Implementation of Environmental Management System
- Verification of training program compliance
Implementation of waste minimization and source reduction programs
- Handle special projects, as assigned

Requirements
All applicants are require to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field is REQUIRED for this role
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in an industrial environment, preferably in heavy manufacturing or oil and gas
- Knowledge of/experience with industry HSE standards
- Proven communications skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
