The Role


The Role

JOB PURPOSE:

To perform all activities related to trading of securities focusing on key and high value accounts within regulatory requirements and meet/exceed targets set by the Head of Brokerage. Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports, trains and supervises new brokers.

To perform all brokerage activities related to HNW and/or Retail clients and maximize returns to the HNW - Retail equity sales business and its relevant clients.

To ensure that all brokerage activities related to HNW - Retails clients are in line with the prescribed standards, policies and procedures of the business and the regulatory requirements. Will actively contribute in bringing new business to the Company on a regular basis through active participation in business development activities of the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Banking, Master's in relevant field and/or Certification in Investment Management will be preferred

2) Brokers License from DFM,ADX & DIFX will be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum three (3) years experience in stock broking, banking, finances house or equivalent financial organization.

1. Financial and stock market trading business knowledge, good knowledge of derivatives (credit, interest rate, futures, etc.) and exposure to DFM, ADX & DIFX regulations and compliance.
