Job description / Role
Our client, a leading local banking institution, is looking for a Senior Equity Analyst
Job Purpose:
Reporting to General Manager Companys Securities, this role entails the systematic monitoring of equities listed on the UAE stock exchanges.
The Senior Equity Analyst will update our existing database and analytical models, review and refine the research process with a view of appraising investment companies listed on DFM and ADX in addition to select companies on the GCC stock exchanges. As such he / she will prepare and deliver the daily market update and company equity reports to be published by Companys Securities.

Analysis of selected companies leading to the production of Equity research reports
Modelling and forecasting financials and valuation metrics for Companys Securities published research
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Fundamental research of companies across industry sectors and equity markets.
Full Analysis of company financial reports.
Analysis of the valuations of companies, sectors , and markets
Produce full company research reports and summary reports to be published by Companys Securities
Produce Fundamental Analysis reports on listed Equities with recommendations.
Developing and maintaining a comparable company analysis data base
Monitoring of Financial news using specialist news media sources and refining news in the daily market update.
Requirements
Successful candidates will have:
Background Knowledge & Experience.
Minimum Education level required: Undergraduate University Degree
Professional Qualifications: CFA or similar qualification would be a plus
Work Experience: 5 to 10 years experience in the Investment Industry
Special Skills: A very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Attributes required for the Job : Excellent command of Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
