Job description / Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work as A Senior Estimator onsite for EC Harris,
Reporting to the Programme Director you will be responsible for Preparing Estimates, Estimations of Civil Electrical, Mechanical works.

Requirements
BS degree from a recognized university
with additional qualification in Estimating and Quantity Surveying.
Should have at least (25) years of experience in Middle East and Saudi Arabia in the preparation of O&M Estimates, Construction (Bridges, Tunnels, Roads, Buildings, Dams) Estimates of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics Projects, A/E Projects, Construction Management Consultancy Projects, Operation and Maintenance Consultancy Management Projects, Claims, Counter Claims, Change Orders. Should have a thorough knowledge of General Conditions, Special Conditions, Technical Specifications. Rate Analysis, Bid Analysis. Should have experience in Initial Acceptance and Final Acceptance of Projects. Should be able to perform Cost control of Projects or Programs. Should be able to work on Arabic and English BOQs.
