Job description / Role
This British business is looking to appoint a Strong Senior Estimator / Estimating Manager to be based in the office in central Doha - Qatar.
Reporting directly into the General Manager for the business this role needs someone with local Qatar experience within the Buildings sector.
You will have a core network within suppliers, clients and competitors.
My client is open to any nationality as long as they have a clear strength within Estimation on Build Projects in excess of 400 Million QAR to 2 Billion QAR.
The core sector of the business is within Education, Commercial, and Residential & High Rise.
You will need to have strong communication skills capable of managing a team and also commanding respect from a client.
You will need to be able to get out and present / justify all costs including breakdowns of BOQs, Construction Techniques and given that added value putting to at the top of the tender tree.
Requirements
You will have significant Causeway experience among-st all other modern software experience.
- Degree Educated
- 7 Years Minimum as a Senior Estimator / Estimating Manager
- 3 Years experience in DOHA - QATAR
- Able to gain an NOC from current employer or relocate back to Doha with no Labour ban
- Specific Buildings Experience mentioned
