The RoleThe RoleOur client is a major European main contractor with an annual turnover in excess of US$1.5 Billion. With an estimated US$5 billion of planned infrastructure projects in Qatar over the next few years, our client is perfectly placed to pick up some of the major projects that are being awarded and hence, for their office in Doha, they are looking for an experienced senior estimator to join their team and work on bids focussed mainly on the infrastructure sectors. Our client believes in individuals having autonomy and promote employees taking the initiative and responsibility. The senior estimator will take responsibility for more junior estimators and lead by example to deliver first class bids and tenders. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates should have the following experience: Strong estimating experience within infrastructure projects valued in excess of GB£30 million. Had a stable career history working for recognised international main contractors. Fluent in written and spoken Technical English. Strong communication skills. Enthusiasm for success. Career focussed, with the desire to take responsibility. Our client are known to be good with salary packages and will offer a very good tax free basic salary, plus they will provide furnished accommodation, fully expensed company vehicle, 3 flights per annum, with 14 days leave each trip, and performance bonus. |
